This provides you with the flexibility to efficiently post and manage jobs, as well as search resumes, on Yahoo! HotJobs through your applicant tracking system (ATS). All the information remains centralized in your chosen HR system, while you benefit from the unparalleled reach and job- matching technology of Yahoo! HotJobs.

Yahoo! HotJobs now provides recruiters with the flexibility to post and manage jobs, as well as search and view resumes through their ATS.
